Shipping

All SevenTwentyTwo Candles are individually handcrafted, which means they may take a little longer to ship out.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email including your tracking number once your order has shipped and on it's way. If you don't see your email after 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

Returns/Exchanges

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your SevenTwentyTwo Candle Co. purchase!

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will gladly replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
